Cooling and Firming
I bought a hybrid mattress (thick spring-based foam) only to find it was too warm and didn't care how deep I went. This pillow has a thin but dense face material that keeps it visibly cooler and also helps reduce sinking. That's great for my purposes, but bad if you like a soft foam mattress. Not tested for water repellency. There is very little noise but nothing to disturb or notice while sleeping. It stays in place but feels a little big for my queen size and gets a little "baggy" in the middle, although it stretches a lot on all sides. This pillow saved me having to return my bed and also makes the "hot sleep" much more bearable.
