Update: Finally contacted the seller for a replacement and just received it today. They got it right but I still only give 4 stars because it was difficult to contact the seller and the product still seems overpriced compared to the quality. I read a few reviews before purchasing and I was pretty sure this would be a decent product, but I was wrong. As soon as I took it out of my pocket, it came, I noticed that one of the parts was not attached at all, looks like it was at some point, but somehow it came loose. Then it's not level and because it's broken I can't try to level it. There was no contact information to try and get a replacement. I need to search Revain to find someone to turn to. It definitely wasn't the cheapest option for this type of product, so I wasn't expecting it.
