Work well with LEDs
This design is far superior to the duplex, 2 pin style. I was concerned before buying these that my LED lights had such a small gauge wire.maybe 20-22 gauge and I was concerned the wire would be too small. Worked great but I don't think they were designed for such wires. I stripped back my led wires, maybe 3/4" and inserted them thru the screw connector and thye got "mashed" around the threaded conductor as I tightened them down. Couldn't pull apart. Not sure why they should cost like $2 each !
- It is safe to use with low voltage lighting systems
- May be difficult to find replacements if lost or damaged
