OK. I'm 60 woman, I live alone. I have two old dogs, one had accidents. So I decided to add a dog door to the bedroom and laminate the rug so it can hang on the cushioned bed while I'm at work. Previous reviews have said it takes at least 2 people to install this material. So I was afraid to try it myself, hoping to wait for a friend to come to my rescue. But an opportunity arose to get out of town for the day, and I had to do it myself. While the video may seem ridiculous, I was able to design my entire bedroom by myself. The front page was tricky, but I came up with a system and was able to do it myself. It was a hassle to tear the material off the carpet at the end of each strip to cut the end as the material is sticky! I've had it for 2 weeks now. My only regret is that I overlapped the lanes (I thought it would be better in case the accident happens at the edge of the lane and someone gets under it), it's like walking on cotton-wool bubble wrap. I don't move around my room much, which is good, but the next time I change it, the strips don't overlap.
