I really want to like this shower system. However, the center silicon nozzle is missing. When I turn on the faucet, the water comes out differently than the other holes with nozzles. In the video, I only turned on small volume of water. But if I turn the volume up, the water coming out of the hole missing a nozzle will spill water all over the place. And the water volume coming out from other nozzles will become small.I contacted the seller three times, one through ebay portal, twice through KES own website ( as that’s recommended when reaching out for warranty). I only wanted to have a replacement silicon nozzle so that I can just put it back on. But I heard nothing back after long wait. Really disappointed.
