I like how easy it is to see who's scheduled for what shift in real-time with access from any computer or mobile device! It can be expensive compared to other companies but if you're serious about getting your schedule done right then this system works well - don't go cheap as there are some excellent quality managers out their that will help guide through setup process until they feel comfortable using all features of WF so pricing isn’t an issue here either way once set up correctly everything runs smoothly.

The biggest challenge we have had was trying different ways to integrate our payroll function into workflow which has been resolved partially by recent updates however still not able to fully use Payroll functionality yet (only limited data entry available). So far no issues at least nothing major enough to mention specifically though would recommend checking reviews before purchase especially when considering cost vs benefits etc.
