Nice switch, but something to be aware of: When you connect the ground terminal to get the LED to illuminate when switch is ON, the LED looks fine. However, when you flip to the OFF position, it connects the Load terminal directly to ground. If your load has a large capacitor on the front end, it will short to ground via the switch OFF position (may not be what you want, could spark or blow a fuse). I still used the switches, but without the ground connection to the switch (so no light in ON position). There are ways around the problem (e.g. diode between switch & load or resistor between switch ground terminal & load ground), but this is not an issue the customer should have to deal with. UPDATE: I received an email from the vendor for this switch asking me to remove this review. This seems unethical because these switches have a SAFETY ISSUE: The switches are NOT SPST. If you wire the switch up as an ON/OFF to a +12v battery, as soon as you flip the switch to the OFF position the battery is shorted to ground via the switch! If you do not have an in-line fuse, you better hope the wiring burns into before the battery shorts! The vendor needs to issue a warning before someone is injured! As stated before, the switch is safe (for battery or charged loads) as long as the switch ground connection is left off (albeit no indicator light). I noticed that I am not the only reviewer who found this problem.
