The interface of this tool really helps to create an excellent workflow as it allows you have all features in one place, so there's no need anymore to use different software just because they are needed separately or not available at once (as email marketing). Also very important thing was integration with our CRM system which allowed us keep track about each action performed by users within emails' threading - what would be impossible without such solution! There weren't any downsides in my opinion but I'm sure we'll find some soon since new version will come out probably after 12 months from now.
