Super useful tool during Security Incident Response
The product has been very helpful in mitigating threats, it's easy for me to use with my limited IT knowledge! I can't think about anything that could be improved upon right now but if there was something they would have made sure their customers are happy first before adding new features or making changes. We've had no issues so far using this software - we're looking forward to what future updates will bring us! It helps keep track of security events happening across multiple locations which allows quick response time when an incident does occur.

- Intuitive design (for someone who is not familiar w/security products)
- Includes everything you need without having too much clutter from extra options.
- Great support team available should any questions arise during implementation process; highly recommended as well.
- A good selection within categories
- Ease at searching through logs by date range etc..and finding relevant information quickly
