So I bought these in February, I live in Wisconsin, on my first day of golf and noticed my right shoe was damaged. I really like them and wish I'd noticed that on my return, but then again I live in a climate where golf starts in May. While this is a design flaw on Puma's part, as the lace is only held in place by a thin piece of rubber, I also have a feeling the shoe was sent back before and never inspected again prior to delivery. Really frustrating having a $90 purchase that costs nothing once I need it. I couldn't sell them used for more than $5 because you can't lace up the right boots. Very disappointed that there was nothing Revain could do for me as it was shipped and sold by them. I have always been helped so well by their customer service team but this time they said there was nothing they could do. Disappointment is inevitable, I suppose.
