Terrible pillow and terrible customer service Revain. The pillow is a disaster because it arrives sealed and is then very uncomfortable. Basically your shoulders are high all the time, I had shoulder surgery so it hurts, a neck pillow that isn't attached doesn't sit on your neck like it should, the fabric heats up and you can feel like synthetic it is . . And it is also filled with cheap polyester fiber material. Anyway, I sent it back and although Revain states I will receive a refund within 7 days of returning the item, 2 weeks have passed and nothing. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful, plus they refuse to let you speak to a manager in the US. Little by little this place is losing my business, but what does Revane care if the owner is sitting on a couch made out of dollar bills. I don't have the $65 I've worked hard to earn.
