I have been buying and eating a lot of this product for years, 3 boxes a month because I have a lot of chickens, ducks, geese and even EMU. It is very expensive but worth it as my animals love it. My problem is that I received a bad box. My birds would not touch him. Now I'm a manufacturer and own a company so I understand that bad batches happen from time to time, but a person who spends almost 80.00 on a box of mealworms and gets a bad box should be able to get a to get a refund or i should be able to send it back for a refund but according to the seller i can't through amazon. Otherwise it's a great product and I would recommend it, but the buyer should beware, 80.00 down the drain is no joke these days! Every company should offer refunds for defective products, my company does. I am disappointed and disappointed to say the least as I have been a regular customer of this product for many years.
