GOD. TERRIBLE: Art supplies and tools

The worst thing ever. Not recommended for high ceilings. I had very high expectations and read many blogs recommending this. But it was a waste and a nightmare. We have 20 foot high attics so the last thing I wanted to do was climb up the ladder to do the wall/ceiling edges. yes good First, there are NO instructions - it doesn't explain how to properly attach the pads, only how to actually paint (if you don't understand the basics of painting, this isn't for you). After playing around a lot, I later figured it out myself. Late. And it STILL didn't work after all this. Second, it wasn't properly screwed into one of the extensions I had. It won't tighten as it just jumped over the threads and came loose again. Therefore, after repeated use, it unscrews and falls off. So I got it in my head VERY HARD from the second floor because it fell off a pole. I almost passed out from the cold and then it took me over an hour to get all the color out of my hair. Third, color arrives EVERYWHERE. You can't use a tablet with it, you need to apply the paint to the pad with a separate brush. Even then the paint drips off like crazy, hitting all the wheels (and then the walls/ceiling you tried to get the paint off of), hitting behind the pillow, forming pools that never stop dripping. terrible. The clean up was terrible. And after all that. There was still paint on my ceiling. (I've attached a photo of the result of using this cutting machine.) I still had to climb the stairs and cut. If I had known how useless it was I wouldn't have bought it and just climbed the stairs from the start. Frightening height, may I add. And I'm anything but stupid or inexperienced in painting. It was simply the worst product I have ever used. I sincerely recommend avoiding this.

Pros
  • Paint application tools
Cons
