The best part about this system is that it allows you to monitor your employees from anywhere in world! I love how easy they make keeping track of employee schedules, time cards, paychecks etc very simple using their online portal tool which can be accessed through any web browser or mobile app!! They also offer great customer service if there are questions with payroll processing/etc issues (which was not an issue for me). We use caretow at all times when we have temporary help working out our office space during construction projects - so no worries about them going AWOL since everything gets automatically updated via cloud-based software platform. If anyone has ever used another scheduling /payroll services like Paychex before switching over; then know ahead what kind problems will arise due to incompatible systems as well lack of support staff once switched over.
