Very thin terrarium hoses

I don't like hoses. They are almost paper thin. and being a clumsy person, of course I tripped and stepped on one. Thank god I didn't break it and crush it completely because I'm a heavy girl. The suction cup holders they send are an absolute pain in the ass. The worst. I practiced hard fitting them onto the hoses until a light flickered overhead and I snapped my old ones from my previous humidifier, which slipped to the side and snapped into place. 100 percent MUCH EASIER. I really think they need to rethink the terrible suction and cheap hoses. I kept my old whistle in the hope that if it ever broke it would fit, although I haven't tested that theory yet. As for the work, it is, but I only had it for one night so I will of course update it as needed. continues. It's winter now, so 24/7. I use humidifiers for my ball python and my boa constrictor because the humidity in my house is never where it should be no matter what you do, no matter if I have the perfect substrate, the perfect enclosure. It does not matter. And of course I live in Illinois so the humidity must be EVEN HIGHER when they go barn and unless it's summer it doesn't happen. One star deduction for hoses and suction. We will see. Hope it lasts long. I know my photography (staging) is incredibly fabulous at the moment, but everything is evolving. I only received the boa 5 days ago in its PVC case and again I installed the humidifier last night.
