Bought for a renovation rental due to poor quality of the products costing more in big stores. a fully functional sink with a high-quality look - even the packaging was a nice touch. The sink was in a soft cloth drawstring bag to avoid scratching it. The sound insulation was more reliable than any sink in this price range. All accessories were included and the description was accurate. The only complaint is inferior components to attach the sink. I found it difficult to include screws that fit all applications, but I deducted a star because I had to make an extra trip to get the right length screws. I will update as soon as there is some use. 3/26/20After some use I can confirm that this sink is MUCH QUIET than thinner metal sinks. I don't hear an echo when I open the water or drop something in, it's more of a thud. Everyone who thinks of the sink is impressed by how it looks. We've also used it as a drop and it looks amazing! Undermount didn't seem like a good idea due to the sealing/crevices and unknown cleanliness of future renters. If you are about to buy, do it.
