Review on YoLink Smart Motion Sensors, 1/4 Mile Range Wireless Indoor Motion Detector, Alexa IFTTT Compatible, App Alerts & Remote Monitoring, 2 Pack with YoLink Hub by Lakeem Pickel

I got this because our mailbox was hacked. I have a resealable large packaging box so I was excited when I saw these sensors. My mailbox is across the street from my house so I was REALLY happy to see I could use them within a reasonable distance from home. My mailbox is a good 30 meters from the front door. I mounted the sensor on the inside right at the back of the mailbox, facing the deposit slots. It's magnetic and stays strong! Installation is so easy that a child can handle it. Basically walks you through every step. The app seems really great except for a few things that are unclear to me and there isn't much in the help section. I don't think I need this feature but I would like to know what it is. I'll try to study it to see what exactly the trigger action is. Most of the app is clear and easy to navigate. I also have a sensor installed in my van and these sensors really give me some level of security. I know people can still break in, but at least I have a better chance of interrupting or deterring them before they take anything! Motion detection alerts are almost instantaneous. When detected, it takes about a second for the app to text me over the phone. There are 3 different options depending on how you want to receive notifications. I really wish I could set different (sound) notifications for each device, but my phone doesn't allow it I guess. I was so excited that this product was so cheap! Next day delivery! When it arrived I was also impressed with the product itself. Would recommend to anyone with problems like mine.
