The ability for us as clients of having an online account where we can manage our own investments with ease! I've been able from my phone or computer managing all aspects about what's going into this portfolio that makes me feel secure knowing it was done by professionals who know how they're doing things!! Nothing at present but when i do have questions there are always knowledgeable staff available 24/7 via email which helps immensely too. Have no complaints yet only because nothing has come up so far either lol Guideline is very easy to use. I love that it is such a simple platform to use and that it is very easy to set up. It is very straight-forward and the support is great. I do not have any dislikes about Guideline. I think it is a great tool for all small business owners. I am using Guideline to help me with my retirement planning. It is very easy to use and I love that I can access it from anywhere. It is great to be able to access my plan from home.
