A solid, dependable CRM system that will fit into most organisations
The support team at activeconversion are very helpful when it comes to training staff or getting them up-to speed quickly if they've been out of work for some time (we had someone who was previously part of their Salesforce implementation). I don't have any dislike about using this product as such but there isn't anything particularly special either which makes me think we haven't got value from having used it so far! It's one more tool/system within an already busy organisation - not too difficult to use once trained.
Pros
- Great system that allows you easy access into sales force.
- Easy integration with SFDC, making life easier in terms management reporting etc
Cons
- Not much really
