I like this concept, it should hold up much better. But in reality you have to drill a huge hole in the wall, much bigger than the screw itself. Well, if what you're putting in is even visible behind it. You see a big hole. And even if not. You still have a huge hole. Then the twisting process is terrible. You have to somehow pull it against the wall and turn it, screwing doesn't help. So you can't make it as tight as you'd like and as others have said it ends up in a shaky mess. It was a good idea, but it just didn't work.
