The customer service is fantastic! They truly care about customers success and will do anything in their power to make sure they get what you need when you need it. I have had nothing negative to say. It would be great if we could use other platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics as well. We love using both Hubspot and Marketo for our email marketing campaigns but this integration allows us to pull all of those tools together into one platform. The best thing I like about Vartopia is how easy it is to use and navigate through. It's very intuitive and simple to use. There's no need for any training at all since everything works as you would expect. I don't have anything negative to say about this product. If you're looking for a way to manage your relationships with partners than this is the tool for you. They've made managing our partnerships so much easier.
