Works out of the box! Only 8x CD ripping speed on Mac
I love this little device. I can digitize my old CDs on my Mac. When using iTunes, the speed increases to about 8 times. It's not as fast as I was hoping, but it works well with my MacBook Pro (2017) and I can keep it running in the background while I work. Macs don't need drivers. It worked right out of the box! I have not tested the DVD.
