It's nice and quiet but only lasted 2 months. Reaction-less ratchets are hard to come by so i bought this as a backup to my 20 year old IR.used it maybe 5-6 times, mostly on brake jobs and water pumps where a 3/8" gun wont fit just to keep fresh oil in it and it was oiled at the beginning of every day it was used. I was using it to run down rear intake bolts on a 5.4 triton and it started losing power randomly, then going back to full power, then losing power again almost like someone was turning my air pressure up and down.so its a paperweight. Lesson learned. The aircat 3/8" and 1/2" guns i have dont have the advertised power either, and we run unregulated air at 145psi.stick to IR, Chicago Pmeumatic, and the truck brands and you'll be fine. Pass on the cheap stuff.
