2 in a row lasted less than 2hrs AND Customer Service was RIDICULOUS

If I could give ZERO start to both the tool and the Customer Service from Aircat, I would . The first one I got ran great for about 20min and started leaking (more like spraying) heavy black grease all over the place and lost almost all power. It took over 10 calls and countless time on hold with Aircat to finally get the FedEx call tag that everyone I spoke with promised would be emailed shortly (over the course of 3 weeks). After 3 MORE weeks of waiting (with no return of the tool) I finally…

Cheap garbage. best in my review

It's nice and quiet but only lasted 2 months. Reaction-less ratchets are hard to come by so i bought this as a backup to my 20 year old IR.used it maybe 5-6 times, mostly on brake jobs and water pumps where a 3/8" gun wont fit just to keep fresh oil in it and it was oiled at the beginning of every day it was used. I was using it to run down rear intake bolts on a 5.4 triton and it started losing power randomly, then going back to full power, then losing power again almost like someone was…

Not 80ftlbs good for me

The reactionless operation is extremely niceThe tool like all aircats are also very good qualityNow the badSpec says 80 lbBest i got was 50 lb consistently in reverse100 psi with 3/8 25ft airlineMy compressor is an 60 gal IR at 18cfm at 90So why 50, dissaointed here

Good air ratchet on my review.

Works well. Couldn't break some bolts on a check valve with air power but held up well as a regular ratchet. Once broke it ran the bolt out quick and without that usual irritating sound air ratchets make. Running the bolts back in was a breeze and muscle power for final torque past tight. Glad I bought it.

Ok, ends tragically, but there is supposedly another company doing it better.

I owned this Air Ratchet for 2 years and 2 months when it stopped working in the middle of a job. I work in a dealership so it saw a fair amount of use in those 2 years and it was regularly oiled and maintained. The impact function is great and a real knuckle saver. It has a 2 year warranty which is the reason for not giving it 5 stars. I called AirCat when it quit and they were very unfriendly and unhelpful about getting it repaired. I did finally get an AirCat approved repair facility's…
