I bought this as a water cooling option for my Orion Motor Tech 100 watt laser engraver. It is very easy to use, just plug and unplug, add distilled water and turn on. Unlike the water in the water pump bucket that comes standard with the laser, this device cools the water and is said to extend the life of your laser tube. I bought it because my laser engraver is in my workshop which is sometimes dusty. I felt I couldn't really isolate the water if it was in a pump bucket and didn't want dust getting into the cooling system. I read from the reviews that water in a bucket isn't that effective for long runs on your laser engraver so I decided to upgrade this.
