In general, a good device that works great. Out of the box, it has a fairly large set of applications, in principle, covering all the needs of a home NAS user. Of the direct positives, one can note the work of support. They respond quickly, the answer is written in two languages. I liked the support. Some pros: Small size for a two drive device. I wanted to have a couple of copies of the same directory on different disks without creating a raid1. The solution is simple, saves disk space, allows you to use different disks. In general, everyone would be fine if it worked, but the built-in rsync can only synchronize data from different devices. This surprised me a little, it would seem a fairly typical task. Contacting support didn't help much. They suggested using the standard hyper backup backup mechanism. And that's not exactly it. I'm thinking of looking through the ssh configuration of rsync . But just so that I don't have to deal with all this at home, I bought Synology, I wanted a boxed working solution.
