Excellent Customer Service - Highly Recommend

The most important thing is the speed of the response from the team. We are a call center and the support needs to be fast. I like that they offer a lot of features and the platform is easy to use. I don't like that they have some of the more expensive features. I don't think they offer as many as other platforms we use. The price is a little expensive for small businesses. I am solving the issues of the call center. The ease in which you can create your own rules is great! I have been able to customize my rule sets to fit exactly what we need at this time. There are some things that could be improved but nothing major. It's easy to get started using VB. We've used it since day one and haven't had any issues or complaints. If you're looking for an all inclusive solution then look no further than VB. You will not regret it!! Using VB has allowed us to reduce our ATS by over 50%. This alone saves us money every month.
