Excellent Customer Service - Highly Recommend

The most important thing is the speed of the response from the team. We are a call center and the support needs to be fast. I like that they offer a lot of features and the platform is easy to use. I don't like that they have some of the more expensive features. I don't think they offer as many as other platforms we use. The price is a little expensive for small businesses.
