Review on 🔒 Chamberlain Group CWA2000 Chamberlain Driveway Alert: Enhanced Security in Sleek Black Design by Michael Robinson

I have tried several driveway surveillance systems and this has the best range so far. The base station is about 200 meters from the sensor and the reception is very good. Most other systems, despite their claims, were unable to communicate over that distance. The problem with this system is that "weatherproof" sensor units are anything but weatherproof. Even after RTVs are sealed, they still give off moisture that destroys the battery contacts after a few rainy or winter months. Just today I brought another piece of equipment into the house to be disassembled, cleaned and put back into service. Unfortunately, even after thorough cleaning, it no longer docks with the base; this is my fourth block of dead sensors now. Basically, I no longer spend money on Chamberlain products. I'll look around for a better system again.
