I bought this item because it’s a very popular look which typically cost a lot more for the namebrand. You need to keep in mind a couple of things, for one the material doesn’t feel like a heavy duty quality brass fixture although from the outside it looks the same.installation was difficult because as you tighten one thing you loosen something else and it took a while to install it.Another important point of this style faucet is you need a decent amount of clearance in the back of it to turn the hot on fully.What I ended up doing is putting the handle in front of the spout and not on the right side of the spout as listed in the picture because I couldn’t turn the hot on all the way because it bumped into the wall.I’m hoping it’s going to last it does look nIce.If you look at the pictures from other consumers you will see many people installed it with the handle in the front of the spout, perhaps for that very same reason because they couldn’t turn the hot on all the way
