not as described for rough plumbing

It was advertised that it would speed up water flow due to the 1/2 inside diameter, once I installed these pipes it took longer for my washing machine to fill, not less time . I have a top loading Speed Queen washing machine. With the old hoses it took 12 minutes to reach the mean water level. After installing these hoses, it now takes 15 minutes to fill the washing machine to mid-level. very disappointed as the reason I chose this brand is because they claim it will speed up the flow of water.
