Working with my circadian rhythm

As we're beginning to realize, LED lighting isn't all it should be. I have read several books and articles that have suggested that blue and LED lights should either be used minimally or eliminated at night to reduce eye strain and allow the person to stay in touch with their circadian rhythm . So I started researching the amber light. I stumbled upon these four packs and am happy with them so far. Personally, I only turn them on at night and turn off all other LED and blue lights whenever possible. So far so good πŸ‘
