Non-OEM as I ordered both and others directly from Sears Parts Direct. Luckily the Sears versions of the Kenmore/Whirlpool were free as it has been less than a year since I got my first replacement set. As many other reviewers have pointed out, this is a terribly constructed piece. I suspect this was intentionally designed to fail. My first kit after purchasing a brand new Kenmore Elite dishwasher (made by Whirlpool) took about 8 months. The second set lasted longer as one broke after about 11 months of use and the other hadn't broken yet. I bought 2 of these items on the aftermarket and put one in place of the recently broken one so we'll see how it goes. At the moment I have 3 pieces in reserve and I recommend stocking up on some if the price is low. Buy them here and save 40-50% compared to Sears Parts Direct. So if they hold up, it's a good deal. They are exactly the same as the OEM version, except the plastic looks slightly different. I had no problem installing it in place of the defective OEM part.
