2019 Rubicon will not work with parts

I am about to install them on my 2019 Jeep Rubicon and there are no drilled holes in the front rotors for the set screws. PITA with a dangling rotor, I've bought previous Power Stop kits and they've all been great. This is a failure. I don't write reviews so this should tell you something.
