Review on 🔦 6-Inch White Glass Globe Lamp Shade - 3-1/4-Inch Fitter Opening - Replacement Lighting Fixture (KOR K21815) by Lisa Black

I bought this lampshade to replace a lampshade in the hallway that had fallen off a lamp and broken. The lampshade is well packed with bubble wrap and a box to fit tightly. However, it doesn't look like real glass - given the thickness, it should be heavier, and the remaining original lampshade from another hallway lamp has the same dimensions. and shape, but heavier. It also has 3 stitches indicating it was cast to shape. I think it might be acrylic and not glass as advertised. I've since found a fully replaceable light fixture (base + shade) for two-thirds the price at Lowe's ($8 change vs. $12 change), so I'm returning this.
