The ease of use and quick training of everyone on our team. We are able to do most everything from one location with no need for a dedicated IT department. This has allowed us to have a unified view of all projects and issues. The lack of customization makes it difficult to track our own work without constantly checking in with the sales rep or support staff. I would recommend exploring other solutions if you're looking for customization options. We were able to consolidate all our documentation into one system which allowed us to easily keep all our records up to date.
