Poor Design - Leaks at the joint between the pipe and the grate when using 4 inch diameter pipe.

Leaks at the pipe joint when using a 4 inch pipe. When connecting a 4" light gauge pipe, the pipe goes to the outside of the oval end of the grate - should be reversed where the pipe goes to the oval end of the grate to ensure proper water drainage. Water seeps through the pipe/grate connection before it even enters the grate.
