Brackets appear solid. However, the screws are weak. The heads broke off when drilling into oak hardwood. The screw holes were neatly pre-drilled, but the screws didn't even go all the way in before the screw head snapped off. This happened several times before I gave up and switched to other screws. If you're screwing soft wood, you might be fine. However, if you are screwing into hard wood (oak, maple, etc.), use a stronger screw.
