Update: changed review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Something must be constantly running on this. Killed a 9v battery in less than 3 days. Poor design if it constantly pulls power.9v,1 channel one button. If you open the case and look at the 5 contacts, N+ for positive of battery, N- for negative of battery. The next 3 are NC, Common, NO. All you need is the next two inline after the battery negative. I programed the receiver to JOG (open, quick pause, close, of relay), cut and stripped 2 wires, placed them into the next two contacts in line and connected the other end of those two stripped wires to both terminals of the garage door opener. If it opens as soon as you place it on the opener then switch the two stripped wires to the last two contacts. soo from right to left, batter +, battery -, skip, stripped wire 1, stripped wire 2.I then used double sided tape to stick the 9v battery to the box and two the opener.Also I drilled a hole in the cover above the coiled antenna, unraveled it and then fed it through the hole for longer range.I went 2 houses down and it was still working.
