There weren't any words in the instructions but it was pretty quick to set up. Instead of making it vertical, we assembled it upside down to make sure the top was flush. The quality seems good, but it's only $100 so I can't expect too much. The only issue I had was that the removable tray was uneven and wobbled a good half inch on one side. My husband added a wooden dowel to make sure it didn't move. This is the perfect home for a tortoise.
