Review on USB Charging Water Bottle Pump: πŸ’§ Efficient Electric Dispenser for 5 Gallon Bottles by Jeff Jemison

Revainrating 4 out of 5

If you don't want to lug around a water cooler or have one that takes up space this will work

I was looking to buy a water cooler. Ironically, the water heating capabilities are greater than the cooling capabilities. But I decided to buy a kettle and this little gem. Everything is very simple. Rubber hose going into a water jug. (Note if you want a snug fit you should cut a hole in the top of the water jug lids and thread the string through it into the jug) - But I just let it sit loosely over the top of the jug hole because that's really important to me. I would say it's stupid that they didn't include an adapter for a standard 5 gallon water jug. In any case. it takes up much less space than a full-fledged water cooler. Less power, I'm sure. He does what he says he can do. This is a pump with a straw and a small metal spout to pour it all out. The button at the top toggles it on and off. It just works. And that's good. If you let it run until the jug is empty, it makes a terribly loud pumping noise. This is expected. Don't let it run dry. I wish they had made the metal spout longer so it protrudes over the top of the bottle. This makes filling the containers easier than tipping them at an angle. Extra large containers like a teapot or large 64 ounce mug. I've found that I have to tilt everything at an angle to pour water in since the spout comes out no wider than the width of a 5 gallon bottle. This device is a great camping tool for getting water out of a pitcher. It is fully mobile and you can take it with you on the go for easy water spillage when camping etc. I might buy another one in the future to have a spare. In general I am satisfied with them. I saved $150 on a bulky, power-draining water cooler.
