These rings are beautiful, sometimes I feel like they're a bit stuck. Especially if you are using it for the first time. But with constant use, they start spinning much better. I've also found that when I use hand sanitizers they get wet when I wash my hands, they stick a bit, but even after a while they wear off very well again. You need to be a little careful when putting on and taking off so as not to separate the two rings (the base of the ring). Overall they help a lot with my anxiety and work really well as fidget toys. They make noise when they spin but it's not very loud, half the time I forget they make noise until someone points it out to me. I have already recommended these rings to all my friends
