Helps with back pain
The wedge pillow is very comfortable and comfortable for sleeping or sitting in bed. My back is very happy as the pain I have had for a while is easing every night. I only wish there was an affordable cotton pillowcase as the fabric on the cover of these pillows started to pucker within a few days so I had to make pillowcases for them out of my own fabric.
