Bought one of these on Nov 20th to improve home office situation (must love COVID work from home). Thing worked great for the first few months (although I had screen resolution issues for not reading the KVM specs - but that was MY fault), but then. 5 days after the end of the return window. for PC2 no longer works. Tried everything; Disconnect and reconnect all USB connections on both ends and replace the PC1/PC2 cables with KVM. Nothing worked. So, something is fried on the board, but I'm not going to open the $32 part to waste time pecking with a tester and a soldering iron. Contacted Revain Support and they offered to extend my return window to pick it up (with a restocking fee, but hey free crook.). So he's back and I'm looking for a replacement. Update 2/7/21: Okay, I have to return two stars. Turns out it was NOT a KVM board, but a BIOS for my Vostro! As I moved my Vostro, I found that none of the USB ports worked. You could still do things like charge your phone, but nothing else. Dell rolled out a BIOS update, but something is wrong with it, rendering the USB ports unusable; They will still have power and show up in Device Manager, but won't work unless you factory reset the BIOS. speed (it took me ages to figure out why I couldn't use a second monitor with a higher resolution).
