The ability of creating customised offers, with many different options for targeting groups or even individual customers is great! It's good that you can add more than one trigger in each campaign so if there are lots of people who have already clicked through from another website it will be sent out again - not ideal but still better then nothing at all I guess? As mentioned above this could use some work when adding multiple actions/triggers as sometimes they might get mixed up which makes things confusing (especially since we're using their native language). We've managed to increase our revenue by over 200% after implementing these campaigns into my previous employer's marketing system.
