After 2 years I started cycling again and it hurt so much because the seat that came with the bike was very uncomfortable. I have to cycle 5 km morning and evening to get to work. I ordered this chair and used it for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel any pain at all. I rode 3.1 miles this morning and am looking forward to driving home tonight. I highly recommend this seat. Update: 6-1-17 I sprained my ankle badly and had to give up my bike for a month. I got back on the bike and didn't feel uncomfortable. I'm buying a new bike and I can't part with this seat. This will happen with a new bike as soon as I get it.
