I only gave it 5 stars because it helped me with my work. This is the perfect size. I think if I had to give it an overall grade just for its performance I would drop it to 3.5 based on the durability factor. I work in the HVAC control area and often need small tools (screwdrivers, thin needles, small duct plugs, wire strippers, flashlight and small wire cutters). It saves me having to go back to my bag or down the stairs every time I need something. The first one I bought had signs of wear on the bottom because screwdrivers stuck in it. I sewed up the holes and when they wore out I put some really awesome stuff in the bottom. It worked very well. When I changed jobs I got a new one and I'm so happy with it.
