The ease of use - it's very simple! I have no complaints about this product at all from my end as we are using them internally within our organization. Everything has been smooth sailing since day one when they first came out with their platform. If you're looking into some great products that will really make your life easier then look no further than phenom. They've done everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction throughout each phase of development. We were able to integrate well with other systems which was something needed by us because every time we had any issue or question there would be so many tickets open asking why things weren't working how it should work. So having someone who could answer those questions quickly solved that problem.
