I am reviewing this product mainly for the cost and the quality of the components. You will receive 200 RGB LEDs, cable, battery and chip. At this price, it's hard to ask for more. However, please note that this is a technical item that requires patience, attention to detail and a steady hand, especially when soldering. Probably not suitable for children under 13 years old. The LEDs appear to be of good quality and the instructions, while long and complicated at times, were fairly straightforward. Some stages could benefit from additional pictures and clearer direction, but overall it met my needs. The mold is 3D printed and modular so the finished ball can be easily removed. Since the mold is made of plastic, care must be taken when soldering not to melt the plastic surrounding the LEDs. Placing the LEDs and soldering the rings can be a challenge, especially the top row as it doesn't cover the entire LED like the other squares. With enough time and patience assembly is doable. All in all, it was a fun project that was well worth the asking price. It took a few days to assemble due to the many steps, but the finished product looks pretty neat! Happy assembly!
