Works great
They are much better than other types of rubber fan screws sold here at Revain which are really long pan head screws. They can be pulled straight through the screw holes. These will not. A little tricky to put on with your fingers, but easy to do with needle nose pliers. Would buy them again when it's time to build another PC.
